01. The PAYDA account is used for PAYDA deposits and withdrawals.
02. It can be created using easy-to-remember alphanumeric characters, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 characters.
03. In cases where access to the PAYDA app is impossible due to personal negligence, such as loss, deletion, or leakage of the PAYDA app (mobile phone), the resulting damage to the user is entirely the user's responsibility.
04. The PAYDA account operates based on network authentication encryption.

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the PAYDA service provided by NS System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
① The meanings of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
	-'PAYDA Service' refers to the payment service, remittance service, partner membership service, PAYDA Point service, coupon service, integrated inquiry service, and other linked services provided by the Company to members for transactions of products or services (hereinafter referred to as 'Products, etc.') with affiliated partners.
     -'Member' refers to a person who uses the PAYDA service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
     -'Partner' refers to a business entity that has entered into a contract with the Company and sells products or provides benefits such as membership, PAYDA Points, or coupons to members using the PAYDA service.
     -'Payment Method' refers to the method of payment selected by the member when purchasing or using Products, etc. through the payment service.
     -'PAYDA Password' refers to the authentication method required for using the PAYDA service, set by the member in advance and registered on the member’s device.
     -'PAYDA Points' refer to prepaid electronic payment means that can be charged directly to the member account by the member, earned through purchase of Products, events, etc., and used as a payment method.
    -'Coupon' refers to an electronic voucher provided to the member that is stored and recorded electronically and can be used when purchasing Products, etc. from affiliated partners.
    -'Billing Institution' refers to a corporation or organization that has a separate contract with the Company and provides billing information to members and requests payment via PAYDA service.
    -'Billing Information' refers to content of notifications, receipts, marketing information, etc., sent by the billing institution to the member through the PAYDA service.
    -'Invoice' refers to an electronic document containing information on usage fees, etc., that the member must pay according to a contract with the billing institution or legal regulations.
    -'Electronic Notification' refers to the transmission of billing information from a billing institution to a member via the service.
    -'Automatic Payment' refers to the function that allows members to automatically pay regularly occurring usage fees on invoices from billing institutions within the PAYDA service according to these Terms and Conditions.
    -'Certified Member' refers to a member who has been certified with electronic signature generation information by the Company.
    -'Using Institution' refers to an entity that uses a certificate issued by the Company to verify the consistency of a certified member's electronic signature information and electronic signature verification information.
    -'Incident Information' refers to device information (IP and MAC addresses, etc.) and personal information related to electronic financial accidents or certificate leakage.
    -'Access Medium' refers to the means or information used to issue transaction instructions or ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of users and transaction details in electronic financial transactions, corresponding to any of the items in Article 2, Paragraph 10 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
② Terms not defined in this Article shall be governed by the PAYDA Service webpage guidance and applicable laws and regulations; otherwise, general commercial practices shall apply.

Article 3 (Publication and Changes of Terms)
① The Company shall provide the content of these Terms in an easily accessible manner on the PAYDA service screen, or via separate linked screens, pop-ups, etc.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws.
③ In case of amendment, the Company shall notify members of the effective date and reasons for amendment at least one month in advance by the method in Paragraph 1, and also notify via electronic means such as email for a certain period.
④ If the Company notifies or announces the amended Terms and clearly states that non-response within 30 days will be considered consent, and the member does not explicitly express refusal, it shall be deemed that the member agrees to the amended Terms.
⑤ If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Company cannot apply the amended Terms to such member. In this case, the member may terminate the service contract. However, if the Company has a special reason not to apply the existing Terms to a member who does not agree, the Company may terminate the service contract with that member.

Article 4 (Rules Beyond Terms)
① The Company may establish and operate separate terms or policies for individual PAYDA services, which will be posted on the website.
② Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and the Digital Signature Act.
③ Members should monitor for changes in individual terms or policies and confirm such changes upon notification.
④ In electronic financial transactions, the electronic financial transaction agreement takes precedence, and for other service-specific matters, these Terms shall apply.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Agency and Warranty)
① The Company only operates and manages systems for facilitating transactions and information exchange between members, partners, and billing institutions, and does not act as an agent. Responsibility for transactions and information exchanged shall lie directly with the member, partner, or billing institution.
② The Company does not guarantee any aspect of the authenticity, quality, completeness, safety, legality, or infringement of rights concerning transactions and information exchanged via the PAYDA service, and all associated risks are borne by the member, partner, or billing institution.
③ The Company does not sell or purchase Products, etc., through PAYDA but only provides payment tools to facilitate transactions between members and partners.

Article 6 (Types of PAYDA Services)
The PAYDA services provided by the Company include:
     -Payment Service: A service that allows members to pay for Products or services sold by partners.
     -Remittance Service: A service that allows members to send electronic monetary data to recipients using PAYDA Points.
     -Membership Service: A service that allows linking existing partner memberships, registering new memberships, checking status and benefits, and using benefits.
     -PAYDA Point Service: A service that allows members to earn PAYDA Points through Company services or promotions and use them for purchases.
     -Coupon Service: A service that allows members to receive and use partner-provided coupons.
     -Integrated Inquiry Service: A service that allows members to view usage history and financial information consented to by members.
    -Other Linked Services: Services provided in connection with partners or subsidiary/linked to the above services.

Article 7 (Procedure for Using PAYDA Service)
① In principle, the PAYDA service usage contract is established when a person intending to become a member agrees to these Terms and, if applicable, the separate terms for the specific PAYDA service to be used, and provides the information requested by the Company truthfully and accurately, and the Company approves the use of the PAYDA service.
② Members can use PAYDA services by providing the information necessary for service use to the Company or its partners. For example, for payment and remittance services, personal authentication information (name, personal identification information, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) is required. Members can use the payment and remittance services by providing credit card payment information (credit card number, expiration date, card password, etc.) or account payment information (account number, account holder name, etc.) to the credit card company or bank for authentication and approval.
③ Information required to use PAYDA services may change depending on service content modifications and related laws, regulations, or policies.
④ If the person intending to become a member does not provide the information requested by the Company truthfully and accurately, they may not be able to use all or part of the services provided by the Company, either in advance or subsequently, or their use may be restricted.
⑤ The Company may refuse to approve the use of all or part of the PAYDA service if any of the following occur:
 - Submitting an application in violation of this Article
 - A person under the age of 14 applies for use
 - False, omitted, or incorrect information is provided
 - A member whose service use has been suspended arbitrarily terminates the contract during the suspension period and reapplies
 - The applicant has a history of PAYDA service contract termination due to violation of these Terms
 - Other cases where the application is confirmed to violate these Terms or is illegal or improper
⑥ The Company may defer or refuse approval if there is insufficient facility capacity related to PAYDA services, or if technical or operational issues exist.
⑦ When approval is deferred or refused pursuant to Paragraphs 5 and 6, the Company shall, in principle, notify the applicant.
⑧ The service usage contract is considered established at the moment the Company indicates the completion of the application in the application procedure.
⑨ The Company may charge fees for service use. Fees, including per-transaction charges, free usage conditions, and monthly fees, are notified and implemented in advance via the app/web.

Article 8 (Provision and Change of Member Information)
① The Company may collect additional member information with the member’s consent if necessary after the PAYDA service usage contract is established.
② Members can view and modify the member information they provided online for the purpose of contract establishment and service use.
③ Members must update the Company of any changes to the provided information online or via email or other means.
④ Any disadvantage arising from failure to notify changes under Paragraph 3 shall be borne by the member.

Article 9 (Types of Payment Services)
The payment services provided to members by the Company are as follows:
-Card Easy Payment: A service allowing members to register card information and easily pay for goods by entering the PAYDA password when purchasing from sellers.
-Card Auto-Payment: A service allowing members to register card information once, obtain authentication and approval from the card company, and automatically pay for purchases from sellers without entering the PAYDA password (additional authentication may be required if requested by the card company).
-PAYDA Points Easy Payment: A service allowing members to link their PAYDA Points account and pay easily by entering the PAYDA password using the charged PAYDA Points balance when purchasing from sellers.
-PAYDA Points Auto-Payment: A service allowing members to apply once for automatic payment using PAYDA Points according to the method prescribed by the Company, and subsequently pay automatically without entering the PAYDA password when purchasing from sellers (additional authentication may be required by the Company or the bank linked to the PAYDA Points account).

Article 10 (PAYDA Points Account, Limits, Charging, Refunds, Fees, Expiry, Payment, and Transaction Cancellation)
① PAYDA Points accounts can be linked to bank accounts partnered with the Company.
② The Company may set limits on holding, charging, payment, remittance, and receipt of PAYDA Points, and detailed information is posted on the customer center help page. If illegal activity, fraudulent use, or abnormal transactions using the PAYDA Points account are suspected, the Company may reduce or restrict limits.
③ Members may charge PAYDA Points through bank account withdrawals, receiving PAYDA Points from other members, free distribution via events/promotions, or accumulation from seller refunds.
④ The Company may restrict member charging in any of the following cases:
 - Exceeding the number of attempts for PAYDA password or account password
 - Exceeding the maximum issuance limit of PAYDA Points
 - PAYDA Points are reported for incidents
 - Insufficient balance in the bank account linked to PAYDA Points
 - Other technical or institutional reasons
⑤ Members may use automatic charging of PAYDA Points by pre-setting the conditions.
⑥ If a member requests a refund for valid PAYDA Points, the refund amount will be deposited into the bank account linked to the PAYDA Points account.
⑦ If refund processing under the previous paragraph is not possible due to issues with the linked bank account, the Company may receive separate bank account information from the member for a one-time refund.
⑧ In any of the following cases, PAYDA Points balance recorded in PAYDA will be refunded:
 - When the merchant cannot provide goods due to force majeure
 - When the merchant cannot provide goods due to a defect in PAYDA Points
 - When the member requests a refund of the purchased PAYDA Points balance
⑨ Refunds may be withheld in the following cases, but the Company will process the refund once the cause is resolved:
 - When the member’s PAYDA Points balance is less than the requested refund amount
 - When the member’s PAYDA Points balance is less than the refund fee
⑩ Deleted
⑪ The validity period of PAYDA Points is 10 years from the last charge or use date. The Company will notify members at least three times via the PAYDA app, including 7 days before expiry, about expiry, automatic deposit to linked accounts, and the method to request return if no valid account is linked.
⑫ Despite Paragraph 11, PAYDA Points given for marketing or promotion may have separate purposes and validity periods, which must be clearly indicated to members at the time of accrual.
⑬ PAYDA Points can be used to purchase goods from any affiliated payment service provider.
⑭ After using PAYDA Points for a purchase, if a member cancels or returns the transaction in agreement with the affiliated company, the cancellation may be processed through the affiliated company’s PAYDA Points terminal (or online payment system for online sellers), and the canceled amount will be recharged to the PAYDA Points balance.

Article 10-2 (Direct Debit Consent and Withdrawal)
① Members consent to direct debit withdrawals according to relevant laws and the Company’s prescribed method.
② Members may request withdrawal of consent before the debit record is completed in their account, but cannot dispute withdrawals that occurred prior to expressing withdrawal. For bulk or scheduled transactions, the timing of consent withdrawal may differ according to pre-set conditions.
③ Members may revoke direct debit consent by deleting the account linked to PAYDA.

Article 11 (Membership Services)
① Members can use membership services after providing the required information and completing agreement procedures with affiliated companies.
② Members can use the membership card, point management, event discounts, membership benefits, and notifications issued by affiliated companies.

Article 12 (Coupon Services)
① Members who complete PAYDA service registration and agree to these Terms can receive coupons from affiliated companies via PAYDA.
② Members can receive benefits according to conditions stated on the coupon when purchasing goods from affiliated companies.

Article 13 (Electronic Notice Application and Termination)
① Members may apply for or terminate electronic notice for each billing organization according to procedures agreed between the Company and the billing organization.
② To receive electronic notices, members must transmit their intent and information to the billing organization in the manner specified by the organization.
③ Despite Paragraphs 1 and 2, the Company may send electronic notices to members under the contract with the billing organization, even without a member’s application. Members can refuse receipt at any time using the Company’s instructions.
④ If members cannot receive electronic notices due to circumstances in Paragraph 6, Article 15, or if the contract with the billing organization ends, the Company may terminate electronic notice receipt upon request of the billing organization.

Article 14 (Confirmation of Electronic Notice)
① After receiving electronic notice details from billing organizations, the Company transmits them to members according to the schedule designated by the billing organization.
② The Company posts the notice until the due date or a date designated by the billing organization, after which it may be deleted.
③ The Company records when members view electronic notices and may provide the viewing record to the billing organization for consultation purposes.
④ Members should contact the billing organization directly regarding the contents of electronic notices.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for situations arising from inquiries not handled due to notice content or circumstances of the billing organization.
⑥ The Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by members not receiving or viewing electronic notices.
⑦ The Company may notify members of electronic notice transmission via app push messages. Members agree to receive push notifications by agreeing to these Terms and applying for electronic notices. However, the Company does not guarantee message receipt in the following cases and is not liable for any resulting damages:
    - Members have withdrawn from PAYDA or deleted the app
    - App usage is suspended under the Company’s policy
    - Members cannot check messages due to network issues or prolonged app push message neglect
    - System errors or failures prevent message delivery
    - Other unavoidable reasons preventing message delivery

Article 15 (Electronic Notice Payment)
① Members may pay the amounts indicated in electronic notices using the electronic payment methods provided by PAYDA.
② The Company is not involved in any contract between members and the billing organization regarding payment amounts.
③ Members cannot revoke payment instructions via PAYDA and must request cancellation directly from the billing organization. Some payments may not be revocable under law.
④ If payment revocation is not possible and a refund is required, the refund procedure follows the billing organization’s rules.
⑤ The Company may set limits on single payment amounts or counts. Members may bear credit card fees if required by law.
⑥ Availability of auto-payment may vary depending on the Company and billing organization.
⑦ Members using auto-payment must manage payment methods to ensure proper payment on scheduled dates. Members are responsible for any damages caused by failure to pay.

Article 16 (Integrated Inquiry Service)
① Members may use a service provided by the Company to view PAYDA service usage history, financial institution account or card transaction details registered by the member, and other information. To use the Integrated Inquiry Service, member identity verification, authentication via access media, and consent to information collection and usage are required. Service requirements and content may change according to relevant laws, Company policies, and financial institution regulations.
② When using the Integrated Inquiry Service without a Wi-Fi connection and instead via the mobile network of the member’s carrier, separate data charges may apply from the mobile carrier.

Article 17 (Company Obligations)
① The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide PAYDA services continuously and stably.
② The Company shall establish security systems to protect personal information so that members can safely use PAYDA services and shall comply with and notify members of its Privacy Policy.
③ If the Company deems that opinions or complaints raised by members regarding the use of PAYDA services are legitimate, it shall process them. The Company shall inform members of the process and results via bulletin board or email.
④ The Company shall compensate members for damages arising from the following incidents:
    -Incidents caused by forgery or alteration of access media.
    -Incidents during electronic transmission or processing of contract conclusion or transaction instructions.
    -Incidents arising from use of access media obtained by fraudulent means or intrusion into information communication networks under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
⑤ Notwithstanding paragraph 4, the Company may hold the member liable, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
    -If the member lent or delegated access media to a third party or provided them as collateral.
    -If a third party could use the member’s access media without authorization and the member negligently disclosed or exposed it.
    -If the member refuses additional security measures for electronic financial transactions without justifiable reason, causing an incident under Article 21(4)(3).
    -If the member engages in acts such as disclosure, exposure, lending, delegation, or providing access media or information used for additional security measures, causing an incident under Article 21(4)(3).
    -If the member is a corporate entity (excluding small enterprises under the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises) and suffers damages despite the Company taking reasonable precautions to prevent accidents.

Article 18 (Member Obligations)
① Members must check the details and conditions of goods or services before purchase and are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to do so.
② Members shall comply with these Terms and any notices displayed on PAYDA service screens and are responsible for any loss or damage arising from violation or noncompliance.
③ Members are responsible for purchases and the Company assumes no liability for product details or transaction conditions of affiliated merchants.
④ Members must immediately notify the Company if their identity is stolen or used fraudulently.
⑤ Members must use payment methods under their own name and must not use others’ payment methods without authorization. Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of others’ payment methods is the member’s responsibility.
⑥ Members are responsible for managing credit card information, account information, and PAYDA passwords used for payments and must not disclose them to third parties.
⑦ Members bear responsibility for information they provide during payment service use and any resulting consequences.
⑧ Members must report lost or stolen devices, USIM cards, or leaked PAYDA passwords.
⑨ Members must use valid, legally authorized payment methods; the Company may verify legality and suspend or cancel transactions if verification is pending.
⑩ Members must cooperate in resolving disputes with affiliated merchants.
⑪ Members must use PAYDA points or coupons according to the Company’s approved methods.
⑫ Members may not use information obtained via PAYDA services for commercial purposes without prior consent or transfer PAYDA service rights or contracts to others.
⑬ Members must cooperate with the Company to ensure safe service provision and respond to requests for explanations regarding violations.
⑭ The Company does not store members’ PAYDA service IDs and passwords; loss of these credentials is the member’s responsibility.
⑮ PAYDA service migration, copying, or storage is only possible via backup; credentials alone cannot enable transfer to other devices.
⑯ Loss, deletion, or leakage of PAYDA account information due to member negligence is the member’s full responsibility.
⑰ Favorite lists are not stored on the server; reinstalling the program requires re-registration.
⑱ Members must regularly back up PAYDA service data; lost backup passwords prevent restoration, and resulting asset loss is the member’s responsibility.
⑲ Backup files must be current; restoring from outdated files is the member’s responsibility.
⑳ PAYDA backup files are single-use; a restored file cannot be restored again and must be backed up anew. Any resulting loss is the member’s responsibility.

Article 19 (Prohibited Member Actions)
① To ensure reliable and safe PAYDA service use, the following are prohibited:
     -Abnormal use of PAYDA services or system access not according to Company methods.
     -Using someone else’s name, credit card, phone, or account information to use PAYDA services.
     -Abnormal payments prohibited by law, including the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act.
     -Unauthorized modification or posting of information, programs, or other data.
     -Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
     -Acts damaging the reputation or operations of the Company or third parties.
     -Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of Company information obtained via PAYDA without consent.
     -Posting obscene, violent, or illegal content.
     -Repeated payments without intent to purchase.
     -Any other illegal or unfair acts.
② The Company may restrict PAYDA service use or notify government or judicial authorities if a member violates this Article.

Article 20 (Service Usage Restrictions)
① The Company may suspend or terminate all or part of a member’s PAYDA service use for reasons including:
     -Violations of Article 18 obligations.
     -Violations of prohibited acts in Article 19.
     -Account suspension or loss.
     -Violations of Terms or usage rules.
     -Other reasons specified in FAQs, help pages, or operational policies.
② Suspension may be lifted if the member satisfies the Company’s criteria or proves consent from the transaction counterpart.

Article 21 (Termination of Use Agreement)
① Members may request termination at any time, and the Company shall process it immediately according to applicable laws. For auto-payments, linked services must be canceled first.
② Upon termination, the Company deletes all member data, except for data retained under law or Privacy Policy.
③ Members bear responsibility for disadvantages caused by termination; any free benefits provided may be reclaimed.
④ The Company may terminate agreements for reasons including:
     -Obstruction of PAYDA service.
     -Intentional disruption of Company business.
     -Infringement of others’ rights or violations of law, public order, or social norms.
     -Violation of these Terms.
     -Confirmed reasons for refusal of service under Article 7.
     -Dormant or suspended accounts of members or NS System accounts.
     -Other reasonable grounds.
⑤ The Company shall notify members of termination reasons via email and may provide an opportunity to raise objections unless exceptions apply.
⑥ Termination does not affect completed transactions with affiliated merchants.
⑦ The Company may refuse new service applications after termination.
⑧ Members are responsible for any damages arising from termination; the Company is not liable except as provided by law.

Article 22 (Personal Information)
① The Company implements a Privacy Policy to protect members’ personal information for safe PAYDA service use. Policy details are available on the website or linked screens.
② The Company may provide necessary information to transaction parties for communication and transaction fulfillment if orders or payments occur through PAYDA.

Article 23 (Service Suspension)
① The Company may temporarily suspend PAYDA services for unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance, upgrades, or inspections and shall notify members 7 days in advance, or afterward if prior notice is impossible.
② Services may change due to laws, policies, or system conditions of affiliated companies, billing institutions, or financial institutions.
③ The Company shall promptly announce service interruptions due to natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, hacking, or DDOS attacks.
④ In cases such as bankruptcy or corporate rehabilitation where normal operations are impossible, services may be suspended 30 days after notice.
⑤ The Company shall resume services as soon as possible following suspension.

Article 24 (Company Disclaimer)
① Any transactions related to the sale of goods or services between affiliated merchants and members, including delivery, cancellation, exchange, return, or refund, are conducted under the sole responsibility of the transaction parties, i.e., the affiliated merchants and members. The Company does not intervene in such transactions and assumes no liability in this regard.
② The Company has no obligation to mediate disputes arising between members or between members and third parties, including billing institutions, through the use of its services and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result.
③ The Company is not responsible for any failure to achieve or loss of expected profits from using PAYDA services, nor for any damages arising from information obtained through PAYDA services.
④ The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the member providing personal information, PAYDA registration information, or other data to third parties, or from leaks due to the member’s negligence in managing such information.

Article 25 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
① The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern all matters related to these Terms and Conditions.
② Any legal disputes arising between the Company and members shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply from July 1, 2021.

NS System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') collects, uses, and provides personal information based on the consent of users, while actively ensuring users' rights (right to self-determination of personal information).
The Company complies with the relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines on personal information protection in the Republic of Korea, which are required of information and communication service providers.
The 'Privacy Policy' refers to the guidelines that the Company must follow to protect users' valuable personal information and to ensure that users can safely use the service.

■ The following personal information is collected from users:
① The minimum personal information necessary for providing services is collected.
        -Required Information: Information necessary to perform the essential functions of the service.
        -Optional Information: Additional information collected to provide more specialized services (service usage is not restricted if optional information is not provided).
        -All users can use the services provided by the Company, and by registering as a member, they can access additional services. When collecting personal information, the Company will notify users in advance and obtain their consent.
② Sensitive information is not collected.
       -Sensitive Information: Information that could potentially infringe upon the user's fundamental rights (such as race, beliefs, political opinions, criminal records, medical information). However, if the law requires or allows the processing of sensitive information, the Company will notify users in advance and obtain their consent.

■ Methods of Collecting Personal Information
• When users consent to the collection of personal information during membership registration and service use and enter the information directly
• When personal information is provided by affiliated services or organizations
• During consultations through the customer center via app, webpage, email, fax, or phone
• Participation in online/offline events or campaigns
• The following personal information is collected upon membership registration

■ Retention Period of Personal Information
• PAYDA service retains personal information while the user uses the service or until the purpose of collecting the information is achieved. If the user withdraws membership or revokes consent, the information will be destroyed without delay.
• Fraudulent use records (account, name, mobile number, internal member ID, IP address, cookie, device information, CI, transaction history) are retained for 5 years under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act to prevent unauthorized transactions and ensure transaction security in case of payment fraud or violations of applicable laws and terms of use.
• To prevent repeated fraudulent service use through registration and withdrawal before fraudulent activity occurs, the mobile number and CI of withdrawn users are encrypted and retained for 1 year.
• Receipt service information is retained until the user withdraws from the PAYDA service.
• Information collected for partnership proposals is destroyed 3 months after the proposal review is completed.
• Personal information related to refunds is retained according to other laws (e.g., Electronic Commerce Act) and destroyed 5 years after the refund process is completed. If laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Electronic Financial Transactions Act, or Telecommunications Privacy Protection Act require retention of information for a specified period, the information is retained accordingly.

■ Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information
① The Company manages and supervises entrusted service providers to ensure they do not violate laws related to personal information protection.
② Personal information is provided to third parties only when the user has given consent as required by law.
③ In principle, the Company does not provide user personal information to third parties. If it must be provided, the Company will notify users in advance and obtain their consent.
④ However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

When and how will the personal information collected from users be destroyed?
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. ⑤ Requests for access, correction, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, termination of contract, or financial transaction history of the user (including legal guardians) may be made to the Data Protection Officer or the designated person in charge through Customer Service inquiries, in writing, by phone, by email, or by fax. The company will take immediate action in response.
